Printed balloons are your own floating billboard and people find them impossible to resist! Our minimum print run is 100 balloons and you will need to provide us with written confirmation of requirements. All images must be camera ready artwork in JPEG, EPS or PDF format. We require full payment on confirmation of proof. Allow 7 working days to complete.

Balloons printed on one side with one colour
Printing on one side of the balloon is more cost effective than printing on both sides as you only pay one set-up fee.

Balloons printed on both sides of the balloon
Printing on both sides requires two set-up fees as the colour has to be changed and the balloons have to pass through the machine twice to apply this second colour.

We have the latest balloon colours and ink colours
Select your balloon colour and the text colour for your printing. For example: Red balloon and white text. Each additional colour costs an additional set up fee as the balloon ink has to be changed. Plus, the balloon has to pass through the machine twice to add this additional colour.

Email your company logo or image to us
Company logos that have more than one colour need to be separated for print. Your graphic artist will know how to do this and will be able to supply you with ready to print artwork. If you are unsure just send us what you have and we'll see if it is suitable.

What way up would you like your balloons printed?
We need to know which way (up or down) to print your message, logo or design. Think about how your printed balloon will look when ready to use. Which way will the balloon hang (neck up or neck down).

Tips on balloon printing and getting what you want
Selecting the right balloon colour and the colour of your text is important. Simple is best when printing on balloons. Black or dark text looks good on most light coloured balloons. Likewise, white or light text looks good on dark balloons.

We can supply balloon cups and canes for custom printed balloons
Air filled balloons are ideal for giving away in a promotion and we can supply you with white balloon cups and canes. A cup and cane is .65c.

Do you need your printed balloons filled with cost effective helium?
We have the most cost effective helium supply in Auckland due to our bulk buying power. Often cheaper than hiring a tank from a party hire shop. We can supply your printed balloons with 2 metre matching curling ribbon and bagged ready to release.
