How long do balloons float for?
Helium balloons (latex) will float between 10-15 hours depending on climate. Foil balloons will float for over 1 week. Always inflate your balloons close to your event time so that they look their best and float for the longest time.

How long will it take me to inflate my balloons?
40 balloons will take less than 1/2 an hour and allow an hour for 100 balloons.

What's the best way to inflate balloons?
Balloons should be neither over inflated or under inflated. Over inflated balloons will pop more easily, and under inflated balloons may not even float, or will float for less time. A balloon sizer is the best way to get a uniform size balloon that is inflated to the correct size.

Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Auckland CBD to hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs and private homes. However, all our prices are based on pick up from either our Northcote branch or CDB location. Please ask for delivery charges.

How do we pay?
We accept all major credit cards and direct bank details will be on your invoice.

Why don't you sell cheaper balloons?
Anyone who has even bought cheap balloons could answer this one. Generally cheap party balloons say "helium quality" but you'll pop more than you'll fill. We only supply the best quality balloons that are used by professional decorators.

Can I take my helium tank to Hamilton, Paihia, Waiheke Island?
Yes. You can. However, your tank is for a 4 day hire and must be returned in that time frame or it will incur an extra fee.

Why do I have to pay $100 bond?
It's an incentive so that helium tanks and regulators are returned in good condition and within the hirage time. Helium tanks and regulators cost hundreds of dollars to replace. If you prefer not to pay a bond we have a balloon inflation service.
